This year we opened a little earlier for all those people travelling o the Way Out West festival in Winton. There are lots of new changes here at Gidgee's Bush Camp and we are really excited about the season ahead. The biggest change is that we now have a much bigger dam to camp around, so we continue to pray for rain now to fill it.
Kill for a Cuppa which is our quant little coffee shop is again open to the public and travelling public for the season. It was really hard to just keep it open for booking and the campers last year but we had little choice with the laws around covid and monitoring quests. All patrons will have to use a QR code to sign in but that is pretty much the norm now anyway.
Mick is still busy finishing off new additions to the coffee shop and park, while he is also busy as yard boss at the new Morven Rail Hub.
Hopefully we will have all the tech issues sorted with the new office with in the next few days, thank god it has been a battle that is for sure. City people are so luck to have skilled trades at there door step while we just have to figure it out the best way we can.
Save travels people....Gidgee
