What we Supply at Gidgee's Bush camp
We are located just 1.5km just off  the Warrego Highway, which means you do not have too go to far to find us. Stage 3 of our camping park project is providing a quiet and safe bush camping area in a rural environment. Campers can either have unpowered or powered sites this year.
We have 2 toilet  and shower blocks with coin operated showers.  We operate a user pay system so if you have your own shower you don't have to pay for one. We have wash up water and drinking water in the camp kitchen but there is only solar power in the kitchen.  Campers can fill up at the local dump station.  Grey water can be used on some of the gardens, but we do not have a dump point.

The camp grounds are on 180 acres of freehold land and stage 1 of our project is set on 10 acres. We run stud goats and sheep on our property.  We also have horses, working dogs, chooks, and usually a poddy calf, lamb & goat or two.  We have an additional grazing property that is not attached to the camping grounds.  We have a morning meeting area filled with rustic memorabilia complete with a retro coffee trailer called Kill for a Cuppa.  It is open to the public for group bookings and workshops from April to September.  If you are camping with us we also open the coffee shop from 8am to 9 am on request most most days.  A Bush kitchen is available all day complete with sink, barbeque, wood stove and camp over shed.  There are several Fire rings with at least one going each night unless weather conditions are unfavourable Individual open fires are allowed but conditions apply and you will need to either bring, gather or buy wood which is available for sale on site, for these fires.  Being a working farm your well behaved cats and dogs are welcome.
It is accessible to motorbikes, RVs, camper trailers, caravans, cars, trucks and buses. Interact with the farm animals and the camp owners. The bush camp is owned and operated business 4th generation Morven farmers. Enjoy beautiful wide open spaces, with tranquil sunsets followed by huge outback night star lit sky's. Enjoy the extensive bird life that surround the camp each and every day.  There are lots of fire rings for evening  gatherings.
Showers are available for a extra cost for those that want to make use of them.  They take $1 coins
